 NetPresentValueComment = 'Returns the current value from a multifield of '+ 
  'estimated cash flow values.  It calculates the current value of a multifield '+ 
  'estimated cash flow values (<cash-flow-multifield-expression>), discounted at the given interest rate of '+ 
  '<rate-numeric-expression>.  It helps determine how much an investment is '+ 
  'currently worth, based on expected earnings, although its accuracy depends '+ 
  'on the accuracy of the cash flows.  The '+ 
  'last parameter indicates whether the cash flow occurs '+ 
  'at the beginning (ptStartOfPeriod) or end (ptEndOfPeriod) '+
