 PaymentComment = 'Returns the fully amortized payment of borrowing '+ 
  '<present-value-numeric-expression> at <rate-numeric-expression> percent '+

  'interest is paid at the end of each period.  <future-value-numeric-expression> '+ 
  'is the value that the investment will reach at some point.  The '+
