 NextComment = 'Returns TRUE and moves to the next record in the dataset '+ 
  '(defined by the argument), making it the active record.  Next posts '+ 
  'any changes to the active record and sets the AtFirst and AtLast flags '+ 
  'to False.  It fetches the next record and makes it the active record.  '+ 
  'Finally, the function sets the AtLast property to True if the last '+ 
  'record in the dataset was already active.  It returns FALSE if the '+ 
  'template is not a database template.';
