Resets the expert system. First, the agenda is cleared, all facts are deleted, and all global variables are removed. If the ResetGlobals property is true, the global variables are reset to their initial values. Any Fact sets available have their facts asserted. Finally, the initial fact is asserted to start the whole inference process over again
