LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR RiverSoftAVG Common Classes Library

 

This software is provided free with source for your non-commercial use. As long as it's for non-commercial use, you are

a) allowed to create and distribute programs and components using this library for non-commercial use. Your programs and components cannot be used by others for commercial use.

b) allowed to distribute the library zip file as long as you keep it intact, including this license statement. You are NOT allowed to sell software that uses this library without a commercial license.

 

Users desiring to create commercial software with this library may purchase a commercial license for this product. The license allows you to

a) create programs and component/property editors using this library for commercial use.

b) distribute the component zip file as long as you keep it intact, including this license statement.

c) In no manner are you allowed to sell this library or components descended from this Suite. If you desire to sell a substantially similar component based on this library, please contact RiverSoftAVG for details.

 

PURCHASING A COMMERCIAL LICENSE

 

Those desiring to purchase a commercial license of the product can do so in two ways:

a) Purchase a commercial license for RiverSoftAVG Charting Component Suite

b) Purchase any RiverSoftAVG product, including the RiverSoftAVG SVG Component Library, the Genetic Algorithms & Programming Component Library, the Fuzzy Logic Component Library, and the Inference Engine Component Suite.  Purchasing any RiverSoftAVG product automatically gives you a commercial-use license for the RiverSoftAVG Common Classes Library.
