 GetComponentComment = 'Returns the component specified by the arguments.  If '+ 
  'there is only one argument, the argument is the name '+ 
  'of the component that is owned by the inference engine''s '+ 
  'owner.  If there are two arguments, the first argument is '+ 
  'the component to search for the component with the same name '+ 
  'as the second argument.  If there are no arguments, the '+ 
  'inference engine''s owner is returned';
