Specifies the amount of time, in milliseconds, that passes before the hint window disappears after it has been displayed using the RSHintWindow.TRSHintWindow.ActivateHint(TPoint,String) method.

A 0 value is valid, however the hint window will not disappear until the RSHintWindow.TRSHintWindow.HideHint method is called.
