TSVGLength.GetUnitFactors Method

Returns the unit factors array for converting RSSVGTypes.TSVGLength.Raw values into RSSVGTypes.TSVGLength.Pixels. This method calls the RSSVGTypes.TSVGLength.OnUnitFactors event if assigned or returns the RSSVGTypes.SVGUnitFactors constant if it is not.
