Specifies the screen scale that this SVG size should be used at. At run-time, the TRSSVGImageList component chooses the closest TSVGSize item for each SVG Item to the current screen scale, and then creates a bitmap of the corresponding FMX.RS.SVGImgList.TSVGSize.Width and FMX.RS.SVGImgList.TSVGSize.Height from the SVG.
