TRSGPBitmap.SaveToBitmap(TRSGPColor,TBitmap) Method

Save the bitmap to a VCL TBitmap. The BackgroundColor parameter specifies the color to use for transparent pixels.

If bitmap parameter is nil, then TBitmap will be created and needs to be freed by the calling routine.
