Occurs when a fuzzy variable is modified. The event occurs when the fuzzy variable is changed, either its properties such as Minimum and Maximum or when fuzzy sets are added and deleted. This event does not occur when a fuzzy set is changed. When fuzzy sets change, the OnFuzzySetChange event occurs.
