TRSCircularSpeedometer

Provides a speedometer to display speed. Use the RS.Impact.Speedometers.TRSCircularSpeedometer.Value property to set the current speed. Use RS.Impact.Speedometers.TRSCircularSpeedometer.Min and RS.Impact.Speedometers.TRSCircularSpeedometer.Max properties to change the range of the speedometer. Use the     Parts property to specify which parts (frame, backface, glass, hands, etc) to render.
