TSVGImageFile implements the TGraphic class for reading SVG files. It also registers itself with TPicture so that it can be used with that class transparently.
TSVGSharedImage holds the internal representation of graphical images of a SVG. It is used internally by RSImaging.SVGImage.TSVGImageFile, and is automatically created by it.
