TSVGElement.ObjectPropChange(TObject) Method

Called when a property that is an object changes. This method does NOT propagate the change to all children. Use this method when children do not need to be notified to recalculate anything (like changing TSVGPreserveAspectRatio) Calls the RSSVG.TSVGElement.Change(TSVGElement) method
