If no SVG element is found at the specified location, the function returns nil

For example, if the nearest viewbox (say the TSVGDocument specify a viewbox of 0, 0, 100, 100, a value of 50, 50 is exactly in the middle of the viewbox, regardless of the amount of pixels the TSVGDocument is being drawn to.
